As Country Delivery leader, you are responsible for end to end Delivery management of account(s) in the region and being a focal point for Wipro's delivery into a customer business unit/department.

You will be Responsible for Revenue Growth, Profitability, Quality and Compliance, Customer satisfaction, Employee satisfaction and ensuring smooth functioning of the Delivery enablement function.

Responsible for managing accounts of high complexity, represent Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization.

At this level, is expected to handle delivery for a portfolio in excess of 500+ employees across all region and also employees based in offshore and nearshore locations.


  • Responsible for meeting financial objectives (revenue, profitability) of the accounts, responsible to mine the accounts for revenue growth and improve the key operational, delivery and quality parameters
  • Responsible for managing Global delivery across multiple portfolios Infrastructure Service, Cyber Security Services, Application Development, AMS, Digital Technology and End User Experience
  • Responsible for strengthening relationships with customer key stakeholders by delivering business value consistently
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction & NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Responsible for people processes in the account employee attrition rate, people development, training and employee engagement
  • Responsible for building a strong governance framework and ensure that all regulatory and statutory norms are respected and adhered to
  • Develop short term and longterm strategies for the accounts
  • Interact with Vertical Heads, Geo-Leadership Team, Strategic Business Unit Delivery Head, Global Client Partners, Delivery Head/Managers from Wipro and Client side SVP, VP, Sr Directors, Directors
  • Provide support from delivery perspective on new deals
  • Nurturing and coaching teams
  • Master's degree in scientific/technology discipline from toptier university
  • Fluent oral and written English. Fluency in European languages
  • Managing a revenue of large account Mn with high profitability and CSAT
  • Managing a global team of 500+ employees onsiteoffshorenearshore models
  • Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
  • Experience of handling large complex programs
  • Experience in driving delivery lead growth of 70% of the portfolio
  • Experience presenting/speaking at a senior management level with a proven track record of effectively communicating complex initiatives
  • Successful track record of problemsolving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent
  • At least 15 years of experience in providing technology services, with a minimum of 10 years experience in delivery. Prior experience in a geo role is a plus.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an excellent track record of delivery management and growth.
  • Experience in operating in a multicultural environment. In this role you will be closely working with Geo sales, DU SDHs, VDHs and ADHs. You should be able to lead the local delivery and operations team across the LATAM Geo.
  • Passionate about providing customer delight. An aptitude to build and maintain strong connects with C level executives, Advisory Groups, Analysts, Media and Heads of Government Bodies.
  • Ability to build and motivate teams, liaison with internal and external groups and mobilize resources effectively while being a thought leader and providing direction to the teams.
  • Strong sense of Wipro values and personal commitment.
