Main Task:

  • Identify technical deficiencies in used equipment.
  • Identify workflow deficiencies in handling the equipment.
  • Assess the material flow within the plant, used packaging, clean rooms, sluces and interfaces, handling of staff employed
  • Feedback on used material and handling of material. Intial cleanliness, throughout the process, during assembly and in final goods.
  • Structured problem solving on detractors of Availability and Quality Rate.
  • Identify Design deficiencies and suggest DfM meassures.
  • Traning and Coaching of location and central staff. Identify Training needs for experts and techs.
  • Give an overview of technological alternatives to used equipments and process.
  • Suggest improvements in testing and process control.

Your skills:

  • Profound skills in problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competency
  • Knowledge about bonding materials on silicone or acrylic base, commonly used glues in automotive interior
  • Broad market overview (Asia, Europe) of used technology.
  • English (Fluent in written and spoke)
  • Analytical and resultoriented working method
  • Academic degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
  • Over five years in respective industry or education
  • Consumer, Automotive
- or Aviation

  • Good market overview and contacts to users, material
- and equipment suppliers

  • Strong network and contacts throughout the industry.

Locations:

  • Offices in Serbia and Czechoslovakia

Additional Info:
Expert community in UX existing. A person for high profile problem solving of very complex and multi-caused problems is needed.
