As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function which is responsible for all tender / sales processes and supports our global wind business with client & market insights in various geographies.


In your role, you will support the Bid Managers and tender teams with proposal-related tasks and activities as well as organizational and administrative matters and day-to-day operations.

You can expect around 10-20 hours' work per week.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

  • Support the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals (e.g., by collecting and compiling company details, CVs and project references)
  • Support documentation and recording of client
- and project-relevant data into various databases (e.g., CRM, Project Integration Tool and Ramlink)

  • Support and assist the tender team on all administrative tasks and internal processes during the tender period (e.g., registration / updating of tender portal profile and facilitating the proposal signing process)
  • Support business intelligence workstreams, e.g., key account and market meetings, compiling and providing relevant data
  • Support administration of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
  • Support preparation of highquality presentations for meetings, workshops, and events
  • Support adhoc department, sales and project execution tasks

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters student in Business Administration, Business Communication or Structural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM systems, Document Handling Systems, Sales / Tender Tools is advantageous
  • Customer oriented approach as well as selfreliant, reliable and structured way of working
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required
