Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Preparation of local payroll for employees in focus countries
  • Process payroll on monthly basis
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for payroll and taxes
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payrollrelated information to local authorities
  • Provide support to HR and finance teams in relation to payrollrelated issues
  • Handle payrollrelated inquiries from employees
  • Coordinae and organize HRrelated activities in focus countries
  • Produce standard and nonstandard correspondence e.g., letters, offers of employment, contracts, (including promotion, appointment, secondment, redundancy, settlements, relocation, family leave), absence etc.
  • Take ownership to ensure all system changes are made and payroll deadlines are met
  • Ensure relevant notifications are issued to key stakeholders within their remit
  • Responsible for managing the new starter and leaver process
  • Collaborate with the wider People function to update and maintain Company documentation
  • Contribute to wider People projects as required
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records
  • Maintain efficient filing systems aligned to GDPR, ensuring individual personnel files are always up to date and compliant
  • Manage and maintain the time and absence management system for the company
  • Provide general HR advice and support to employees in focus countries
  • Provide full first line support and guidance where required
  • Assist employees where needed regarding policies and procedures

Unsere Anforderungen:


  • Several Lears of experience in a similar role/relevant Shared Services experience
  • Strong knowledge of local payroll and HR laws and regulations in Switzerland. Additional HR laws and regulation knowledge of Poland, Czech, Slovakia or Austria is a plus
  • Experience in using Workday HRIS system (or similar)
  • Experience in processing ServiceNow tickets will be an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills to effectively manage and analyze large amounts of payroll data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Able to work in a fastmoving and challenging environment
  • Fluency in English and German is required
