    As a Financial Business Analyst Europe (m/f/d), you will work closely with the Regional Finance Director and the finance teams in the approximately 15 European subsidiaries.

    Through your in-depth analyses and reports, you are an important business partner (m/f/d) for the entire European Leadership Team and explain business developments and develop alternative courses of action.

    You will also support in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of strategic and tactical initiatives.

    You will furthermore become part of our Global Business Partnering Support team, which facilitates alignment on tools and analysis for finance business partners across the regions.

    Your responsibilityMonthly regional analysisACTUAL/ACTUAL, PLAN-ACTUAL and PLAN-PLAN comparisons, especially of turnover and margin per country and product groupIdentification of trendsSummary and explanation of regional results including reporting to Corporate HeadquartersSupporting analyses for the European management teamConsolidation of data and request to the local units for the Finance Director EuropeOrganization of budgeting and forecasting processes for the region Ad-hoc analysis and support for the Finance Director Europe and the Team Lead Germany ControllingImplementation and introduction of Group-wide analysis tools adapted to regional needs incl.

    training for local controllersIdentification and implementation of process optimization opportunities (especially automation and creation of reports from BW/SAP) and support in knowledge transfer (best practice sharing) between local unitsYour skills and competencesCompleted university studies in the field of business administration/economics with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualificationRelevant professional experience for this role in the field of controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industryVery good knowledge of SAP (esp.

    FI, CO; SD desirable), SAP-BW and MS-Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
