ABOUT THE ROLE_ _


_As an ERP Business Process__ you'll work on interesting responsibilities like_
_ solving ERP technology-specific problems that span across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, travel and expense management and its core accounting and finance process areas. You will run analysis that are carried both by the system and the end users, spot on gaps and discuss it with the stakeholders to bring improvement and change.__ You'll be collaborating closely with_
_ ERP Product Owners, Consultants, Developers, Architects, Engineers, Product Analysts, Support and business users across Europe __to develop _
_a suitable solution to digitally transform the day-to-day life of the finance and accounting department of sennder. _

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Lead and facilitate business requirements' session to understand business process problems and document business requirements in Customer Data Management, OrdertoCash, Supplier Data Management PR/POtoPay, Travel & Expense Management and other accounting processes (Intercompany, Tax, Fixed Asset Management, Revenue Recognition)
  • Develop business process solutions proposals, prepare flowcharts (Swim lane, concept map, rootcase, SWOT) and others presentation such as AS-IS/TO-BE processes
  • Conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources and identify the most efficient means of satisfying user needs
  • Involve in testing and works functional, technical and support teams to continuously understand requirements, defects and end users issues
  • Collaborate with Services and Support management to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of processes to drive corporate initiatives and services results
  • Write epics (features) and stories (user specifications) in the manner understandable to bridge the gap between the business and finance systems technology team
  • Highly involved in the integration between upstream systems (inhouse, Salesforce, other systems)) and NetSuite as well as the NetSuite ERP expansion by working closely with NetSuite Product Owner, Developer, Project Manager and the business stakeholders
  • Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • 3 to 5 years prior working experience as an Accountant and/or with an accounting and finance team and passionate towards ERP or finance systems digital transformation or 1 to 3 years prior working experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner or System Analyst
  • A relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, Business/Administration, Information Systems, Technical, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering
  • Good handson experience on Excel and SQL or experience using BI tool like Looker or Tableau.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the business solve problems and distil data into actionable recommendation
  • A working experience as an ERP user, such as SAP, NetSuite, JD Edwards or other ERP system. If you have happened to used NetSuite, it will definitely be a plus, otherwise, willingness to learn NetSuite is needed
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical, organization and communication skills with a high degree of both technical and business acumen with excellent judgement and problemsolving skills
  • A recent experience in implementation of ERP to tech/digital companies and/or IT Project Management experience or any licenses like PMI-BA, APICS, GSEC, CBAP, I/II, FSCM, PMP, CAPM, PMI, E1, CPIM is a plus
