What you'll do:


As part of our growing sales team, you will need to take the lead in our sales teams to successfully continue to grow our business in Europe.


As a strategic advisor to the customer, you will work and sell across multiple executive stakeholders including business and IT functions.

You will drive discovery, strategy and value mapping as you analyze the customer's business need so that you can position the best solutions and concepts to achieve the desired outcome.


You will have your home in the EMEA Sales team and you will lead the sales strategy through collaboration with your extended team in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute strategic account plans to drive large software deals and bring them to closure in DACH & BENELUX territory.


You will report to our SVP of Sales EMEA and your workplace will be in our Karlsruhe office or home office.

We live our "hybrid way of working", from home and from the office.

You may be required to travel to company events, customer meetings and other exceptional occurrences.


Who will thrive in this role:

You are an experienced and dynamic sales executive who knows how to strategically plan and drive sales negotiations with a strong focus on new business, new logo acquisition.

You have a growth mindset and are interested in cross functional collaboration. Supporting each other is important for your team. You value transparency and honesty. Being at ease with influential communication up to executive level, international teams and multiple cultures is in your nature.


Key skills required:


  • At least 7 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to global large enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor education or more, an engineering background is a plus
  • Proven track records of sales achievements
  • Experience with global customers and partners in the industrial segment is key
  • Familiarity with adjacent software categories is a plus, like Price Optimization, Contract Lifecycle Management, Visualization and CAD
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English AND in German with the ability to lead customer discussions and crossfunctional projects
