Business Development Assistant (M/F/d)

- Hamburg
(temporary for 2 years)

Are you passionate about strategy and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Pandora, the leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Development Assistant (M/F/d).

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Cluster Directors and contribute with your own ideas to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

You function as a project representative, controller and coordinator across different business areas.
You will actively assist in driving business growth and initiate or accelerate business levers.
With your proactive support to the management in the organisational and operational daytoday business, you will work closely with our different departments.
You will work independently on a variety of tasks and projects with the aim to explore new business development opportunities and growth potentials.

WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:

You hold a university degree, ideally in the fields of business, administration, economics, strategy & management or similar.
Ideally you have already gained some work experience in a consultancy or in the business development field.
You have very good presentation skills, can present ideas in a clear and structured way and PowerPoint knowhow.
You utilise your great analytical skills to identify market potential and growth opportunities.
You have an affinity for numbers, graphs and charts and can draw concise conclusions from them.
You also have the ability to assert yourself and have a creative and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
You have a very good command of written and spoken English and ideally German.
We expect you to have strong teamworking skills, a high level of commitment and are excited to work in a complex international environment.
We are looking for a flexible, communicative and motivated person with a strong interest in consulting.
