WHAT YOU WILL DO:


As a
People
Operations Specialist (M/F/d), you will own all operational and administrative topics for FERNRIDE's complete employees and help the FERNRIDE People & Culture team to reach a world-class caliber.

In this role, you will work very closely with your colleagues in People Partnering and P&C Project Management to simplify, speed-up and automate our processes, helping our organization become a top employer of choice in Germany and one of the most incredible tech companies in Europe.


You will be successful if you

  • Improve our P&C Jira ticketing response as well as resolve time
  • Increase our level of automation for the HRIS (Personio) and DATEV auditing interface to reduce manual work
  • Run the full monthly payroll cycle errorfree
  • Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

What you have added to your skills

  • Deep knowledge and handson experience of German HR regulations, procedures and, operations
  • Ability to provide direction and guidance on all employee relation topics
  • Experience in maintaining HRM systems and using productivity tools (Confluence, Jira)
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement and drive process improvement initiatives
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, analytical skills, and a getthingsdone mindset
  • Business fluency in both German and English
