**For the next possible start date we are looking for an Senior Controller (f/m/d).**

- und Gas-, Pharma
- und Lebensmittelindustrie. An unserem Standort in Obernkirchen/Nähe Hannover beschäftigen wir rund 220 Mitarbeiter.

**Zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin suchen wir einen Senior Controller (w/m/d).**

Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:
**Your Duties**:

- Responsibility for product controlling
- Further development of concepts and methods for determining cost of goods sold and consolidated contribution margins
- Month-end closing activities including variance and cause analysis (e.g. actual values vs. budget and previous month's forecast)
- Preparation of product costings (e.g. for sales items, objects)
- Contact person for the business and sales management with regard to questions concerning the pricing of our products; support in the evaluation of customer inquiries as well as new products
- Cost monitoring as well as analysis of variances
- Business partnering with involved departments, e.g. production, sales, product development
- Support of the operative plant controlling in cost center accounting, calculation of hourly rates and other key figures within the contribution margin
- Analysis and evaluation of business contexts as well as communication of results to relevant stakeholders
- Analysis and control of measures for efficient process optimization
- Improvement of reporting and digitalization incl. simplification of processes
- Preparation of profitability calculations and ad-hoc analyses for management and division heads
- Implementation of new or further developed controlling tools

**Ihre Aufgaben***:

- Verantwortung für das Produktcontrolling
- Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten und Methoden zur Herstellkostenermittlung sowie zur Ermittlung von konsolidierten Deckungsbeiträgen
- Aktivitäten zum Monatsabschluss inkl. Abweichungs
- und Ursachenanalyse (z.B. Ist-Werte vs. Budget und Vormonatsprognose)
- Erstellung von Produktkalkulationen (z.B. für Verkaufsartikel, Objekte)
- Ansprechpartner für die Geschäfts
- und Vertriebsleitung im Hinblick auf Fragen zur Preisfindung unserer Produkte; Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Kundenanfragen sowie Neuprodukten
- Kostenüberwachung sowie -analyse der Abweichungen
- Business Partnering mit beteiligten Fachabteilungen, wie z.B. Produktion, Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung
- Unterstützung des operativen Werkscontrollings in der Kostenstellenrechnung, Berechnung von Stundensätzen und weiteren Kennzahlen innerhalb des Deckungsbeitrags
- Analyse und Bewertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie Kommunikation der Ergebnisse an relevante Stakeholder
- Analyse und Kontrolle von Maßnahmen zur effizienten Prozessoptimierung
- Verbesserung der Berichterstattung und Digitalisierung inkl. Vereinfachung von Prozessen
- Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management und Bereichsleiter
- Implementierung neuer bzw. weiterentwickelter Controlling-Tools

Positionsanforderungen:
**The requirements***:

- Completed business studies, industrial engineering or comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience as a controller in plant/production controlling with experience in costing
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- High affinity to manufacturing processes as well as ability to analyze manufacturing data regarding its importance for product costing
- Advanced knowledge in financial modeling (Excel, VBA)
- Strong communication skills in German and English is a plus
- Analytical strong person with high energy, result oriented
- Highest accuracy, precision and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently
- A flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Controller /-in im Werks-/Produktionscontrolling mit Erfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation
- Fortgeschrittene MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel)
- Hohe Affinität zu Fertigungsprozessen sowie Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Fertigungsdaten hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung für die Produktkalkulation
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung (Excel, VBA)
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch ist von Vorteil
- Analytisch starke Person mit hoher Energie, ergebnisorientiert
- Höchste Genauigkeit, Präzision und Liebe zum Detail
- Die Fähigkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Ein flexibler und anpassungsfähiger Teamplayer mit einer positiven Einstellung
