THE ROLE & THE TEAM:


Are you happy when the suppliers can deliver without an issue and articles get online on time? Are you customer oriented, a teamplayer and interested in improving challenging inbound situations to a smooth inbound process for our suppliers / forwarders? We do it as well And our team - the Inbound Support - is always willing to do anything possible to support our internal and external stakeholders.

We investigate difficult ad hoc situations of our Zalando warehouses and are willing to find the best solution for our suppliers and us.


Come and join us As a Senior Specialist Inbound Support you are the first point of contact to guarantee a smooth inbound process for our supplier.

We support more than 1.300 of them. Together we are analysing reasons for upcoming issues between our warehouses, suppliers and forwarders to improve the future situation. Our goal is to provide necessary information and evaluate issues fast and solve them immediately.

  • If you want to understand the business context with various stakeholders, and contribute to developing/customising a relevant and scalable solution and support with implementation
  • If you are happy to serve as the initial point of contact for our suppliers, addressing their inquiries regarding new goods deliveries.
  • If you have a desire to guarantee the right article at the right time in the right place for our customers
  • If you are able to quickly grasp a comprehensive understanding of our inbound processes.
  • If you want to develop your communication and analytical skills
  • If you are able to handle upcoming delivery issues with suppliers / warehouses and overlapping departments

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

  • You are an open minded person in a flexible working environment
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, and you are able to engage with a multilingual international customer base as well as teams at various levels (Sr. Management to C level). German skills are of a huge advantage
  • You have a good understanding of logistics inbound processes
  • You are customer and service oriented on a daily basis
  • You enjoy accepting challenges as a chance for improvement and you work well under pressure
  • You are a fast learner and you drive in a fast changing environment
  • You are a team player and you can follow a set focus by yourself
