Job Description:

As an Enterprise Architect you will work on enterprise grade challenges in building our organization: from setting out the direction of tooling integration such as Workday in our corporate IT landscape, to pursuing a consistent strategy for low-code solutions in emerging business departments, to purchasing decisions for strategic IT tools, all the way to and including liaising with software architects in ensuring the right problems are solved in the right place with scalable solutions.

At Enpal, you would be
-
study and steer. You evaluate internal business processes, existing and planned, and provide a direction for how they holistically fall into place, to stakeholders or to people in your team.
-
consult, advice and hands-on prototype. You will be the expert for Enpal's integration needs with third-party software tools, taking ownership of trialing those, rolling them out and maintaining them.
-
growing & learning. Do you know all there is to know about low-code platforms or are you experienced on third-party tooling procurement? We'd love to learn from your knowledge. Feel like you're behind on engineering in scale-ups, is Azure new to you? We'll make sure you grow through our knowledge.
-
steering for empathy and understanding. Only when we comprehend what the market needs we can create solutions that truly address underlying challenges. Ask critical questions and listen to operations, craftspeople, sales - there are so many stakeholders and users to get input from, and balancing their needs leads to the best solutions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for roughly a 50% fit with for what we ask.

The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow.

- you have over
5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in an IT management position emphasizing
system integration solutions.

You are
analytical, proactive and
solutionoriented, with a deep sense of
ownership,
commitment and being
handson. Do a short bit of introspection on this. If this is an enthusiastic yes, we're going to have a great time.
Experience with
cloud computing, data modeling, software architecture are bonuses.
You communicate clearly in English, spoken and written. Crisp and concise ways of formulating your ideas and opinions. Knowledge of German is a big plus.
