Working Student HR Development (all genders):

Our HR Learning and Development team creates an open and emphatic learning and leadership culture at CAMELOT, ensuring the optimal development of each individual's potential and growth.

As eye-to-eye partners, we design learning and development opportunities and encourage the internal knowledge transfer.

Make a difference
:

Support in training administration (e.g. administration of the Learning Management System, management of training providers, organization of events).
Responsibility in license administration of the learning platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Learning)
Collaboration on talent and performance management processes
Contact person for employees on HR development topics

Bring your experience
:

Enrolled at a German university, ideally in a degree program with HR and organizational development relevant focus
Initial experience in the HR field is an advantage
Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
Interest in employee development
