In your role as Agile Evangelist, you will guide our leaders, teams, transformation managers and coaches through our agile journey providing coaching, mentoring, and training in and across of IT&D and related business and functional units.

You will strongly support establishing our Agile/ Lean Center of Excellence (CoE) as the hub at IT&D for scaling agile and lean working, facilitating change, defining standards and practices, supporting agile and lean enablement, and providing thought leadership.


Your tasks:


  • Drive our agile and lean transformation, with the autonomy to coach our leaders and teams on being and doing agile and lean, helping them to find the path to success through passionate and effective coaching.
  • Be a role model for being and doing agile within our organisation, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the agile and lean philosophy and their part to make it a success.
  • Shape the agile and lean mindset of the organisation; enable highperforming teams focusing on customer centricity and value, fostering selfmanagement and collaboration.
  • Coach and provide expertise across multiple teams and units to assess and uplift agile and lean capability e.g., clear alignment on targets, coordinated delivery, transparent priorities, and backlog management, etc.,
  • Share trends, practices ad ideas with our internal community,
  • Manage and influence stakeholders with different priorities.

Your profile:


  • Several years of significant experience as a Senior Agile Coach, guiding organisations, leaders, and teams to adopt agile and lean and overcome obstacles within large, complex organisations as well as coaching teams, team of teams, products, and portfolios
  • Experience working with individuals and teams at an Executive level,
  • Deep understanding in practices, models, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile Fluency, Flight Levels, SAFe or LeSS, and any related certifications are highly desirable,
  • Strong skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and enablement,
  • Ability to evaluate operational and organisational maturity and create a plan to improve it,
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
