As our
Senior Quality Management Associate you will support our Governance Team with a focus on Quality Management (QM) to improve service to the other departments as well as performing the oversight function of the Governance Team.


Your responsibilities

Quality Management:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Quality & Accreditation
  • Central point of contact for all departments for the administration of the instructing documents in the document management system (DMS), this incl. e.g., ensuring approvals and annual revisions are performed, upload document in the DMS, coordinate translations of documents
  • In coordination with the Governance Team, prepare and keep up to date the annual audit program for EMEA by documenting audits in ARIS
  • Keep the databases with NTT GDC EMEA certificates and standards up to date
  • Perform followups of audit nonconformities and improvement measures. Monitor the central issue data base to ensure that issues are resolved intime and in adequate manner

Governance related:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Director Governance and to the Governance Team as needed
  • Support the Compliance Manager by performing sanctions screening using a screening tool
  • Establish and maintain central coordination of client requests within the Governance Team
  • Ensuring that the intranet Governance site is up to date and creating employee communications on the various Governance topics in collaboration with the team

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree or professional qualification
  • Proven work experience in quality management, business administration and document control
  • Experience with other management systems and certifications desirable
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office, especially MS Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English. German language beneficial
  • Responsible, independent, and serviceoriented way of working with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly organised, wellstructured and detail oriented
  • Ability to build good relationships across the organisation
