ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, is looking for a strong commercial leader to join us as a Partner Lead to grow the Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation (LPMR) sector in Germany and contributing to growth across Central Europe and EMEA.

The work location is flexible, and you can be based anywhere in Germany.

Role responsibilities

Partners in ERM play a pivotal role in achieving current success and shaping our future growth direction.

The Partner Lead will provide leadership in communicating and enabling ERM's sustainability and health and safety culture and also be accountable and responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Lead a team of Partners and consultants to deliver our commercial strategy (Key and High Growth
  • High Value clients, LPMR growth strategy)
  • Drive LPMR growth by developing & growing the team to deliver innovation and service excellence to our clients
  • Enable the team to drive and develop thought leadership and marketing opportunities in Germany and beyond to continue to support our brand recognition
  • Ensure that the team of Partners and consultants are developed, coached and managed to meet their career aspirations
  • Ensure strong collaboration across EMEA with the other Business Units (BUs) and other teams
  • Is a member of the EMEA Leadership Team, accountable for the implementation of ERM Group and EMEA strategy, and for defining and implementing specific BU priorities
  • Lead on Sustainability and H&S for the team, and ensure compliance with our HSEQ and governance requirements
  • Accountable for the Net Revenues and Multiplier generated by the team
  • Promote commercial synergies with ERM acquisitions

Skills and competencies required for this role:

  • Market driven individual that can inspire a fast-growing team to meet its potential and our strategic objectives
  • Proven commercial leadership skills, as leading a team of Partners and Account Managers on commercial activities focused on Key and High Growth
  • High Value clients
  • Business fluent in English and German
