What you'll do

You want to contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption? We are looking for a Principal Technology Services Sr.

Specialist/Expert (f/m/d) who is well versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our team.

As part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer and the solution roadmap development.

Therefore, your tasks include to

Identify the main issues, define an action plan and drive the resolution process as a team lead
Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools to the stakeholder
Own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements
Analyze and implement SAP support methodology and understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (loadbalancer, virtual machine)
Support the operation of technical system landscapes
Ensure stable operations while delivering high quality

The position is available in Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot, Eschborn or Dresden, Germany.

What you bring

Strong background in SAP solutions, SAP technology and products as well as cloud technology
Solid understanding and experience in SAP HANA; good knowledge on S/4 HANA architectures and S/4 HANA related migration paths and tools
Experience in technical architecture/implementation/change management as well as in technical planning and configuration
Expert knowledge across multiple SAP and nonSAP technologies
You can coordinate different topics easily, act as a team lead in a heterogeneously environment and work effectively in a virtual team
Fluent English language skills, both oral and written; Good German language skills are beneficial
