What you'll do

  • In the context of Business Continuity (BC), you're responsible for the identification of BC risks, the implementation and the review of the existing BC plans in the areas
  • You're in charge of the development, coordination and creation of playbooks for various incident and crisis situations
  • Continuous adaptation of the groupwide Business Continuity Toolkit to current changes in the organisation and business is part of your daily business
  • You'll support the Resilience Team in regular crisis simulation exercises, the crisis management structure and the ability of Sky DACH to react to emergencies and crisis situations
  • Your job is to manage quality assurance and internal audits related to business continuity and operational resilience
  • You'll support the Resilience Programme by organising and coordinating the Resilience Governance Committees
  • You'll be involved in all topics in the area of Operational Resilience, you'll maintain a close exchange with the relevant Group functions and contacts in the company and work closely with the teams from the areas of Resilience, Security and Health & Safety across countries
  • As part of early risk identification, you'll analyse national and international developments and events with emergency or crisis potential for Sky together with the Sky Group specialists and take care of the inclusion of corresponding proactive and reactive measures in the existing business continuity plans

What you'll bring

  • You've a university degree, ideally with a specialisation in resilience, crisis management, risk and security management or a comparable qualification, as well as at least 810 years of relevant professional experience experience in the media, telecommunications or digital industry is an advantage
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills and very good analytical and conceptual abilities characterise you
  • Your strengths include the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative, as well as a high level of motivation & teamwork combined with goal
- and quality-oriented action

  • Selfinitiative and assertiveness as well as very good communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels set you apart from others
  • You've already gained work experience in an international environment and in matrix organisations
  • A confident handling of MS Office programmes as well as a good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile
