YOUR ROLE:

Become an active member of the Strategy Team for New Business Models in Adhesive Technologies, where we strive to enable Henkel to buildup new digital businesses (including Startup collaborations and intrapreneurship)
Work on highly strategic and conceptualization topics to bring our vision to live, including research, synthesising and compelling visualisation
Own and shape your individual topic with responsibility to develop, drive and ensure its success/impact
Collaborate with existing strategy team on longterm strategic topics/projects by conducting comprehensive research on new fields of interest and derive insights
Play an active role in the buildup of the newly established transformation office: Support the transformation and change management efforts for Business Building in Adhesive Technologies (including holistic communication concept, training initiatives, etc.)
Support the strategy team on adhoc requests (e.g., preparation of stakeholder meetings, problemsolving and admin tasks)

YOUR SKILLS:

Student in Business, Economics or comparable studies with very good results
First relevant practical experiences through internships and passion for innovation/corporate entrepreneurship and Business Building
Fluent in English, German helpful
Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Very strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and seek advice where necessary
Entrepreneurial spirit and courage to promote own ideas (high energy level and enthusiasm)
Very well structured, selforganized and proactive
Collaborative mindset and a true team player
Availability as of June/July 2023 for 36 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month.

The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
