The Quality Inspector has the responsibility to check and control all assembly operations on production line, Flight Test and Delivery Center.
ActivitiesInspection of Engine Installation,removal of engine and fan cowl activities**- Mechanical, electrical and Structural Inspections
- Sealant, paint and Skin Panel inspection
- Inspection of composite and metallic materials
- Carryout Brackets, Fasteners, Riveting inspections
- Perform final checks and closure of points
- Prepare DQ1 Technical Documentation and requests for concessions
- Ensure quality assessment, NC mapping and defect characterization (Structure and Skin panels)
- Carryout NCs Creation and Management
- Ensure the followup file on work orders on aircraft, nonconformities in Airbus system
- Declare the failures of the quality system and the nonconformities of the product
Operational supervisor:
Activity Manager & Work Package Responsible / Team Leader & Operation Leader.**
Profil, expérience, formation
-
Inspection Experience in Installation /removal of engine/fan cowl activities:
- Creation of Nonconformities
- Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)
- Strong Experience with Airbus aircrafts in Electrical and Mechanical
- Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.
- Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM etc.)
- Knowledge of the followup tools (TLB, QLB, etc)
- Have Customeroriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)
- Familiar with measurement tools: Voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun, etc.
- Ability to detect, report nonconformities and make sure they are corrected
- Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)
- Good communication skills
- Manage the convocations of the customer
- Ensure, if necessary, presentations to the Customer
