OBLIGATIONS:


  • Supervising employees, assigning duties
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficientlyReporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
  • Managing employee requests and transgressionsEnsuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Coaching team members and training new staff

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Speaking English or German language (level B1/B2)
  • Forklift license is a must
  • Experience with organizing training programs
  • Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft office (Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Confident problemsolver
