• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Collect data on cost per hire and timetohire
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Create job descriptions
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport

• You hold a bachelor's degree in HR or similar HR experience
• You are able to speak business fluent German and English (mandatory)
• You can easily identify top talent
• You excel at verbal and written communication
• You have exceptional decisionmaking skills
• You use discretion in managing highly confidential information
• You have a strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies
