EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
Location Düsseldorf/ Wiesbaden - hybrid/remote

As a part of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team you will be joining us during a growth period where you will own the recruiting process end-to-end.

While you work in partnership with the line managers and HR, you provide guidance on the approach to market; managing the advertising and active sourcing of talent.

We are an established and involved recruitment team so you will have access to a supportive network, and you will have the opportunity to gain broader regional and international experience.

Your Responsibilities:

You will focus on the Endto
End Recruiting process and support the Mitsubishi Chemical Group of companies in EMEA, with a Key focus on Germany
With your empathy and expertise for the right people you will provide a direct sourcing service to the business, employing a variety of approaches to engage and attract people.
You will provide recruitment guidance to HR and Hiring Managers, supporting across all position levels and disciplines in EMEA.
As part of a growing Center of Expertise for Talent Acquisition you will improve our methods and Standards.

Your Experience:

You own a university degree
Previous recruitment experience is required whether agency or inhouse. Manufacturing or Engineering industry is preferred as this will enable you get up to speed with the business quickly but is not essential.
Fluent German and English is essential.
Travel will be required to interact with the business across other regions in EMEA.
