You support our team as
HR Professional (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
Administrative support of personnel processes from entry to exit
Maintenance of the personnel management system (Workday) / master data maintenance
Writing of employment contracts and references
Writing of salary and contract changes, preparation of works council hearings
Collaboration in the further development of HR processes
Supporting HR BusinessPartners and managers in day-to-day operations
Coordination of applicant management, preparation, coordination and publication of job advertisements
Applicant correspondence and exchange with specialist departments
Close cooperation with HR Payroll Services
Preparation and maintenance of statistics and reports
Taking over HR projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with additional training as a human resources specialist
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in human resources
Good knowledge of labor and social security law in Germany
Independent and structured way of working
High customer and service orientation
Distinct team and contact skills
Knowledge of HR management systems such as Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Loga an advantage
Very good MS Office skills
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
