Responsibilities:

You will be working with our Sales Engineering team (and Sales team as needed) on daytoday tasks, including developing slides and slide templates for offers to customers, creating templates for project layouts and Single Line Diagrams, etc.
You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing internal documentation, ensuring that documents and reports are correct, uptodate and easily accessible to team members
You will support with the development of tools and dashboards, including automation where possible, to increase internal efficiencies
You will be performing market research to increase internal understanding of competitors' products and services from a technical perspective
You will support with the preparation and the execution of internal meetings
You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both in writing and verbally

Requirements:

Fulltime enrollment and interest to work 20 hours / week (preferably for a longer period of time), with background in Engineering
Effective and proactive communicator and team player
Experience/knowledge of data analysis and visualisation programs (Excel, PowerBI, VBA or other data analytics software) is a plus
Experience with programming languages and automation is a plus
Previous experience in other working student jobs
Passion for project management and organizational tasks
Resultsoriented, structured, and ability to set priorities
Analytical skills and the ability to consolidate information in a meaningful way
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
