As the proud parent company of the award-winning baby brand Tommee Tippee, we are very excited to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Graduate to join our amazing team in Germany on a permanent basis

This role will be based at our Germany office located in Krefeld and will be required to work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).


This role will provide support across the NE commercial team, with its purpose to provide a development opportunity for the individual as well as adding value in business-critical elements of daily & monthly National Account Management.

Being a pivotal part of a team that creates an environment for the commercial team to growing our brands and executing our plans to support delivery of our key metrics.

Developing and setting a framework, process and housing of data that drives consistency across everything we do.


Demonstrating our values and proactively turning them into reality within the office environment whilst also being part of the extended account teams for key external meetings.


What you will be doing:


  • Creation and management of a centralised data base that houses all key information for every retailer in a consistent way, key contacts, price files, business & promo plans etc.
  • New line form (NLF) & Clearance to Supply coordination in line with retailer expectation ensuring all listings are ranged on time and in line with retailers' expectations, innovation being a key driver of our growth plans.
  • Account promotional form submissions (external), completing all information in line with the NAM's agreement with retailer. A key source of information that will be used to submit forecasts to our demand planning team and inform the value of investment needed for robust P&L management.
  • Purchase Order (PO) raising across all accounts completing the Trade Spend (TS) spreadsheet with correct PO numbers to give visibility to other departments (primarily Finance)
  • Processing retailers' invoices, pairing against the POs raised above, delivering a clean process between Commercial and Finance
  • Managing the sample process for NPD ensuring key retailer requirements are complied with.
  • Building & developing with NAMs key reports from Insights that helps inform and drive improved decision making across the retailers, particular focus on availability and in stock reporting. Working closely with demand planning team to ensure consistent improvement is driven on these measures.
  • Product super user for the PIM system.
  • In store & online activation audits working collaboratively with trade marketing & marketing team for POS material, imagery, content, videos etc for launch and sharing information on competitor activity.
  • Collaboration with other support functions to support opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Planning, organisation, coordinating and attendance of strategic retailers' key meetings, living our 'in it together' value.

What skills and experiences you'll need to ace this job:

  • You will ideally have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) within a business background or comparable experience.
  • You will have already gained some work experience through internships, student jobs etc.
  • Flexible, adaptable, well organised, and able to multitask.
  • Good with basic Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to use and share data.
  • Persistent and meticulous.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written German & English language, French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of fun.
