Payroll Administrator - Berlin, Deutschland - Workstation Customer Care
Beschreibung
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in the field of payroll. It is very important that you speak German at minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.Your tasks include:
- Maintain payroll
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems
- Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance
- Prepare and balance periodend reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
- Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes and insurance
