For our Group Compliance department we are looking for a

Working student (f/m/d) for our Responsible Business Program
on an hourly basis (max 20 hours/week) starting April 2023.

Your responsibilities:

As part of our Responsible Business Program and in the wake of new legal requirements, in particular the Corporate Due Diligence Obligations Act in Supply Chains, we are revising our NKGwide supply chain management. This includes defining and communicating NKG requirements to our suppliers, risk assessment of business partners, human rights risk analysis for our supply chains as well as developing, communicating and tracking the implementation of agreed measures.

Therefore, we are looking for you to support our Group Compliance Team with the following tasks:

Preparation of analyses and risk profiles, including human rights risk analyses and follow-up of the agreed improvement measures
Creation of internal training and communication documents
Conducting research on the topic of compliance and human rights, primarily in Spanish
Preparing supplier due diligence
Administrative support in daytoday business

Your profile:

Enrolled student in a business, economics or comparable degree program, preferably at the beginning of a master's program
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish or Portugese
High level of interest in topics relating to responsible business and sustainability
Motivation, team spirit and intercultural competence
Independent working method along with analytical thinking skills
Confident handling of common office programs
