Main Tasks:

  • Procurement of all materials required for the locations
  • Obtaining and checking quotations
  • Entering and tracking orders
  • Maintaining supplier and material master data
  • Participating in the processing of supplier complaints
  • Developing and implementing improvement measures
  • Monitoring and coordinating the vehicle fleet
  • Supporting and representing the purchasing manager in his area of responsibility
  • Reporting

Requirements:


  • Completed technical or commercial training; specialist further training an advantage
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Cost awareness, negotiating skills, assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP)
  • Good written and spoken English.
