Responsibilities:

• You will sell sustainable premium products and provide exceptional service.
• You will actively assist and advise customers in product selection and styling.
• As a host, you will ensure customers have the best shopping experience and encourage enrollment in the Marc O'Polo MEMBERS program.
• You will monitor sales targets and utilize your sales skills to help achieve them.
• You will be responsible for the visual merchandising guidelines in the store, including product displays and window setups.
• You will plan structured product placements and implement seasonal design concepts.
• You will work independently with the cash register system, RFID, and our CRM software.

Requirements:

• As a genuine sales talent with a passion for fashion, you are always up-to-date on the latest trends and understand your customers' needs.
• You have basic knowledge of fits and styles, as well as expertise in visual merchandising.
• You are open, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.
• You are a team player whom your colleagues can always rely on.
• Weekend work, especially on Saturdays, fits your lifestyle.
• You enjoy communicating - ideally, with good English skills.
• You have previous experience in retail sales or visual merchandising.
