- Definition and specification of the cooler sintering production line as well as all corresponding production machines (focus on Sintering and Pick and Place tasks)
- Leading of the production line sourcing process, discussion of specifications with suppliers as well as technical guiding of the negotiation process with several suppliers
- Leading of the production line development process together with the supplier: technical discussion of the design of each individual machine based on process know how, if needed involvement of Vitesco internal process specialists, Alignment and tracking of the industrialization timing
- Definition of lean production concepts and evaluation of needed invest based on product value stream data
- Development, discussion and tracking of DFM measures within the global project team, Leading of DFM activities
- Leading of the machine acceptance, Definition, discussion and tracking of LOP points until they are closed
- Definition and alignment of the production layout within the plant
- Support of process related trials and experiments
- Academic degree within Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a compareable qualification
- Several years of working experience within automotive and/or (power) electronics production
- Experience within production ramp up or production
- Skilled English know-how (fluently speaking), German skills are a plus
- Good knowledge within MS-Office
- Willing to travel (approx. 20%)
- Good communication skills, efficient working style
