You have been working as a HR Generalist HR Generalist for several years and would like to develop into the Specialist role or have already developed experience in the Specialist role and would like to gain new experience in a new company, then this is the right position for you.


As Global HR Specialist Payroll, Administration, Time & Absence you will be supporting our Global Process Owner in overall processes & systems topics.


Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will be analyzing the HR business processes and workflows in the areas of Payroll & Administration with the objective of finding out how they can be improved and further automated
  • Your will support the creation of process related documentation such as Process Descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures, Training Documents and Guidelines
  • You will be working very closely together and support our Global Process Owners in process related trainings
  • You will have the chance to gain handon Project Experience by providing HR project support in the role of a HR analyst

Show your expertise:


Experience:


  • 57 years of operative and project related Payroll & HR experience across core HR processes (Payroll, HR Admin, Time Management,) as a HR Generalist, Administrator, Advisor or HR Process Owner
  • 35 years of experience using HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM)

Skills:


  • Advanced analytical thinking in the context of Payroll & HR process design
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and comprehensive training documentation, process guidelines, correspondence and presentations
  • Experience as operative HR user (preferably as Key User) of core SAP SuccessFactors Modules such as Employee Central, Time Management
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English language (negotiation level)

Competence:


  • Ability to truly lead a conversation to produce the expected outcome.
  • Communicate clearly, logically and persuasively both verbally and in writing

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or comparable education (also with "Ausbildung") with further training/specialization in Payroll & HR processes
