Your responsibilities:

Demonstrating battery and charging technology to customers including technical consultations
Preparing and explaining offers
Price negotiations with customers
Providing telephone advice to customers
Acquiring new customers through phone and mail campaigns
Building customer relationships
Offer tracking
Analysis of customers and competition
Preparation for handling warranty and recourse claims
