Support our Sales Team as Sales Manager e-Commerce (M/F/d).


In this role you'll get to:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our digital commerce technology portfolio
  • Manage and conduct proposal presentations and RFI / RFP responses
  • Collaborate with Sales Back Office to design a value based selling approach and storyline in order to win the opportunity
  • Support action plans to penetrate new market niches
  • Monitor competition and identify gaps between market requirements and the existing Astound Solutions
  • Continue to stay up to date with market trends, new technologies and learn new topics with a high motivation

Your skills and qualifications:


  • Completed an education preferably within sales, business, marketing, or technical fields
  • 35+ years of relevant work experience in similar fields in sales at an agency or services company.
  • Excellent senior client and internal stakeholder communication skills as well as a structured, strong analytical and resultsoriented mindset
  • An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including a strong network of relationships
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written communication)
  • Ability to work independently to understand clients needs and pain and translate into Astound solutions to offer
  • Be a open minded person to work with who is able to let their individuality shine
  • Nice to have but not required: Knowledge of eCommerce technologies, CMS, CRM, CDP and as well as design and different kinds of services within the digital landscape

A fair fixed salary and a competitive variable bonus remuneration 60.000€ € yearly gross depending on your qualifications and experience. Depending on your success you may reach a total salary within a six figures area
