Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our CEO Office.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various projects and initiatives within the CEO Office.

You will work closely with me and provide support in project management, coordination, research, data analysis, and content development.

This internship will provide exposure to the day to day in the CEO Office and the overall company's strategic initiatives.

You support in preparing the Global Leadership Summit with project management, stakeholder management, and coordination of activities and stakeholders. You assist in the preparation of presentations, data analysis, and drafting communication materials. Together with the team, you prepare concept papers/studies for Executive board sounding and approval, including analysis and benchmarking.

Further, you conduct research and analysis for projects, preparing presentations based on the findings around company culture & strategic initiatives.

You assist in consolidating briefings and other content into one master document, used to prepare Executive board members for country or site visits and offsites.

Lastly, you will also have the opportunity to facilitate the organization and moderation of our weekly team meetings, tracking action items and interdependencies.


Skills Required:


  • Currently enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, information technology or natural science with outstanding record of academic achievements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful insights
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
