We are working with medium-sized, internationally active company headquartered in Bexbach, Saarland, Germany, they specialize in the production of customized products that meet the diverse needs of the global market.

Our client is one of the few companies in the world that offers omega-3 concentrates with a purity of up to 99.5%.

This is achieved by focusing solely on research and technology development for omega-3 fatty acids.

This enables provision of tailor-made solutions that enable each customer to differentiate itself from its competitors in the global marketplace.

They are looking for a production employee to start immediately.


Your tasks:

• Controlling and monitoring manual and automated production processes in shift operation
• Carrying out all activities in the production area (production, filling, packaging)
• Implementation of the production plan according to specifications
• Careful execution of the batch documentation
• Independent sampling with appropriate testing and GMPcompliant documentation of the= measurement results
• Independent operation as well as cleaning and monitoring of the operating and production equipment.
• Independent and responsible execution of product changes
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental protection regulations in the production plant
• Compliance with all legal and operational regulations and SOP's
• Operation of industrial trucks as well as loading and unloading of finished end products
• Maintenance of machines/equipment as well as performing inspections and tests during production
• Responsible job handover during shift changes

Background:

• Successfully completed training as a chemical worker, food technician, or production specialist preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry (M/F/d)
• Forklift driving license desirable.
• Good written and spoken German (conversational)
• Independent way of working
• Good knowledge of technical regulations (GMP)
• Independent work
• High resilience, flexibility, and readiness for action
• Experience in using a PC (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary: 28,000.00€ - 31,000.00€ per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bexbach: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Experience:

- food, chemicals, biotech, life science or pharmaceuticals?: 2 years (preferred)
