As a Data Insights Maverick for Sales (across Marketing, Digital Sales, CPQ, and E-commerce platforms), you will play a substantial role in crafting the future of the business.

In your new role, you will define, document, and align business requirements and their mapping to data
You will transform business requirements into valuable data products and analytical insights
Discovering data sources and innovative combinations, collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, scientists, architects, and value center leaders will be part of your responsibilities
You will foster detailed multidisciplinary collaboration between business, data engineers, architects, and developers
Moreover, you develop data journeys and roadmaps and their implementation together with business architects and value center leaders
Your responsibilities will include mentoring project or program managers and solution architects in the creation of projectspecific solution designs
You will promote solution development based on architecture and development guidelines and ensure their adoption through active participation in relevant architecture and design panels

The basis is a successfully completed university degree in information technology or similar
In addition, you will have long years of experience providing IT services and/or projects and working with and handling vendors in sophisticated enterprise IT environments and with external system integrators
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in providing sales insights
Experience or sufficient knowledge of sales processes you can demonstrate
Besides understanding the business requirements around sales, planning and budgeting, you can also translate these into user stories with a highlevel solution design to support PoCs
You are able to have conversations with vendors around the product roadmap / new functionality and map it to business use cases
Furthermore, you will have experience with BI and/or planning tools such as SAC or Power BI
You are capable of leading complex data management/migration processes
As a critical thinker, you are able to handle difficult situations and conversations
You analyze/understand dependencies in sophisticated architectures
Personally, you have good interpersonal and communication skills and are able to build good working relationships with internal and external contacts
As an outstanding teammate, you have the ability to work with different people at all levels of an organization
You are a proactive standout colleague with superb communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Confirmed commercial, numerical and analytical skills are your hallmarks
Business proficient English and German is a prerequisite
