TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL IN COMPENSATION & SHARE PROGRAMS (M/F/X)

Your tasks

  • Support in administering various employee share programs
  • Support in running the yearly merit & bonus processes
  • Assist in the preparation of management documents

Your profile

  • Graduation (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, social science, informatics, or economy before October 1st, 202
  • First professional experience (up to 3 years) in an international environment/ international corporations; first working experience with regards to international taxation issues and/or payroll in an international environment are a benefit
  • Fluent English skills; German is nice to have
  • Very good communication and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an international team with openness and curiosity
  • Aboveaverage commitment and ability to work under pressure
