Tasks:


  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of an overview of all important projects to create transparency about status, timing and resource involvement
  • Supporting with administrative project management tasks such as updating project plans, reviewing projects tasks and status, maintaining milestone plans, etc.
  • Supporting project analysis and reporting
  • Supporting the creation of standards
    Requirements:
  • Current full-time studies in the fields of project management, business management or similar
  • Education in project management, business administration or related field would be beneficial
  • First experience in project management support would be a plus
  • Familiar in working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Flexibility and creativity to work in project structures
  • Strong communication skills as well as a structured working manner and the ability to work in a team
  • Service-oriented mind-set
