Expert CRM Analysis & Intelligence (M/F/d) limited for 2 years:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an expert (M/F/d) for CRM, you analyze the data in the CRM system and other systems and ensure a continuously high data quality
Through your overview of all customerrelated data and the creation of regular reports as well as projectrelated analyses, you derive wellfounded recommendations for action for projects and the strategic orientation and advise the various stakeholders
You check and optimize the expansion of CRM reporting as well as a corresponding data architecture
You lead workshops with CRM users to optimize data preparation and input
You are responsible for the continuous further development of the CRM system by integrating relevant data, information and the regular exchange with key users in accordance with the strategic alignment
You support market research studies and customer surveys
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have a university degree in economics or business administration
You have already gained several years of professional experience and have learned how to work with databases and various CRM systems (especially Salesforce) as well as complex data analysis
You are interested in complex interrelationships and have excellent analytical skills
You convince with your presentation and communication skills, you use your very good German and English skills confidently in your daily business life
