- Design, plan, and conduct cell culture experiments focusing on cell line development, particularly in suspension cultures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of lab work, ensuring adherence to quality control standards within the team.
- Offer technical and scientific support to junior team members and other departments.
- Perform computer-based data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.
- Conduct literature reviews, apply innovative ideas to enhance current methods and projects.
- Engage in laboratory maintenance, inventory management, and resource coordination.
- Sc. degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or virology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in cell and molecular biological methods, including mammalian cell cultivation, gene-editing, and various assays.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills, German proficiency is a bonus.
- Multiple years of industry experience, especially in gene therapy or mAb development.
