Your daily tasks will include
leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals

ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded annually through dedicated efforts

collaborating with colleagues from different functions to support the sales process

acting as the primary contact for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process

acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges

identifying opportunities that align with client strategy and bringing them to internal business partners

creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership, marketing, and sales support group

managing the pursuit process, RFP responses, and other related tasks.


These skills will make you succeed in this role

at least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales


ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management


experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across a long as well as short sales cycle deals


experience as a leader in a team-selling environment for mid and large organizations


experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business


ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data


excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
