• Assume professional and disciplinary leadership of a highly motivated IT team of developers and administrators
• Lead the strategic development of existing processes in the team and the interfaces to the specialist departments
• Evaluate data using innovative data science methods (e.g. machine learning, classification, clustering and pattern search)
• Develop dashboards and reports in coordination with the respective customer requirements together with your team
• Be the first point of contact for external service providers in the area of responsibility
• Promote active exchange in the data analytics community

• Strong leadership experience in (agile) teams or projects
• Indepth knowledge of data analysis and interface technologies
• Comprehensive network in the field of data analytics, BI architectures and data analysis
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and provide momentum for new technologies
• Very good knowledge of German and English
