Your tasks:

Act as gatekeeper of purchase order (PO) issuing process incl. the continuous improvement
Ensure the POs can be correctly issued in SAP and sent to related vendors in tim
Provide process guidance to internal users if there is doubts or questions
Manage the interface between accounting and procurement to ensure the payment process properly conducted
Manage the interface between suppliers and procurement to ensure the PO well received and consumed as planned in the signed contract
Manage the interface between internal users and procurement to ensure the right process followed and to provide necessary process support

Your profile:

University degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable degree
12 years of experience in purchasing or comparable fields, operatial buyer experience is preferred
Experience in a Automotive & digital sales context would be beneficial
Proficient ITknowledge (MS Office) and expert of SAP S4HANA MM module, especially the PR + PO modules
Legal knowledge basics (commercial law, product liability)
Knowledge of other eProcurement solutions (e.g. Ariba, Coupa) is advantageous
Fluent English on negotiation level
