Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Qualitätswesen zur Reklamationsvermeidung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
Koordination der Wartungs

- und Reinigungsaufgaben
- aktive Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereiches

Verantwortung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Ablauforganisation

Englisch:

Responsibility for the effective utilization of machines and systems
Coordination with maintenance for predictive maintenance and servicing as well as planned and unplanned repairs
Cooperation with the process development department
Cooperation with the quality assurance department to prevent and process complaints
Coordination of maintenance and cleaning tasks
Active improvement and further development of the area of responsibility
Responsibility for and continuous improvement of process organization
Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility
Carrying out all functionspecific activities in accordance with our materials management concept in the ERP system
Disciplinary employee management for the area of responsibility
Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines
Personnel development (e.g. determining qualification requirements, implementing planned training courses, maintaining the qualification matrix)
Personnel planning for the entire area of responsibility

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

Dreijährige, abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.

B. Zerspanungsmechaniker

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall, Techniker oder technischen Betriebswirt
Langjährige ( mind. 6 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf mit ersten Erfahrungen im Führen von Mitarbeitern
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Englisch:

Threeyear, successfully completed specialized vocational training in a metal profession, e.g. machinist
Successfully completed qualified further training as foreman, technician or technical business administrator
Many years (at least 6 years) of specialized professional experience in a metal profession with initial experience in managing employees
Good communication skills
