What you'll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. With the recent expansion of our product portfolio, we are putting even more emphasis on the Education market. Therefore, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Inside Account Executive to join our DACH team. The IAE will be supporting the regional team by contributing to the overall business and quota. The IAE will need to work closely with channel partners to find the right solution for education customers. The goal would be to help our education customers to succeed with Apple in an educational environment.


Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to either bring net new customers into Jamf or help grow our existing customers.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts while managing the entire salescycle from prospecting, closing the deal and growing the account.
  • Close collaboration with the Channel Account Executive on channel partner management and relationship.
  • Win opportunities together with channel partners to meet quarterly target.
  • Assist and enable channel partners by providing resources and tools.
  • Assist channel partners during the entire salescycle for larger opportunities.
  • Attend events or assist in webinars/demos when required.
  • Close opportunities with Education customers, ensuring they purchase the product that will best fit their needs (Jamf School or Jamf Pro).
  • Advocate customer needs/issues crossdepartmentally.
  • Maintain and increase understanding of and ability to explain business value of Jamf solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Work in partnership with (Renewal) Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers and Customer Success to build quality pipeline and to ensure our customers success with Jamf and their Apple devices.
  • Understand the career paths at Jamf and continue to grow into additional responsibilities to leverage growth opportunities

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written language skills in English and German is a must. Any other languages are a plus.
  • 2 years' experience in a sales, business or entrepreneurial role is required
  • General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models (preferred)
  • General experience in selling to new customers and existing customers
  • General experience working with educational Multi-Academy Trust and/or local authorities (preferred)
  • General experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) within highgrowth technology companies (preferred)
  • General experience selling MDM (Mobile Devices Management) or Apple products (preferred)
  • General experience navigating and negotiating legal agreements (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with dynamic coworkers in a result driven culture
  • Great communication skills
  • Business acumen and a selfstarter mindset
