Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Werksstudenten im Bereich Customer Service (m/w/d)
in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Std/Woche)

Aufgabengebiet:

Unterstützung des gesamten CS Teams im Tagesgeschäft
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Meldungen zu Unter

- oder Überlieferung

Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Retouren
Arbeit mit Artikelstammdaten
Dokumentation der Wareneingangsbeanstandungen

Anforderungsprofil:

Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor

- oder Masterstudium (mind. 4. Fachsemester), vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Sportmanagement / -ökonomie, BWL

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Organisationstalent
Teamfähigkeit
