Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung & Weiterentwicklung der globalen Steuerfunktion der Signata Gruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften weltweit (Amerika/Europa/Asien)
  • Hauptansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen, externe Berater, Finanzämter und Prüfer für alle steuerlichen Belange im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Sicherstellung Tax Compliance einschließlich Betriebsprüfungen und Weiterentwicklung des Tax Compliance Management Systems für direkte und indirekte Steuern
  • Ermittlung von Transferpreisen und Weiterentwicklung entsprechender Richtlinien
  • Verantwortung des Tax Accounting nach IFRS & HGB sowie laufendes Tax Reporting an das obere Management
  • Bildung und Prüfung von Rückstellungen (Pensionen, Personal etc.)
  • Umsetzung neuer Bilanzierungsvorgaben durch Rechtsänderungen (HGB / StG / IFRS)

Ihr Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium, Weiterbildung zum staatl. gepr. Betriebswirt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Steuern
  • Mehrjährige und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
