Our client, who is a one of the leading global manufacturers in the machine tool industry, is looking for an Application Support Technician.

As a crucial member of the team, you will handle comprehensive technological processing of customer inquiries, execute technology projects, and optimize machining solutions.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• Extensive expertise in machining processes and automation technology.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems (Siemens NX, Concepts NREC/MAX-PAC, or Catia) and 5axis CNC controllers.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Native speaker of French or Spanish, with fluency in English (German language skills not required).
• Excellent communication, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• While experience in aerospace is beneficial, it is not mandatory; a strong technical background in machining and automation is the primary requirement.

• Handle technological processing of customer inquiries and execute technology projects in vertical, horizontal, and 5axis machining centers.
• Organize and conduct test machining operations, defining concepts, cycle time studies, and feasibility assessments.
• Develop, implement, and optimize NC programs for machining.
• Provide onsite operator and programming training for customers.
• Execute complete turnkey projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
