As our Teamlead Data you become a part of our leadership team and join forces with us to build a world of confident home cooks who feel inspired, enabled and at ease in their kitchens.

Working in our multidisciplinary Product Engineering department you enable us to make data-driven decisions and help to transform data into valuable insights for the entire business.

Tasks

Develop and implement a data strategy that allows for companywide datadriven decision making enabling teams to continuously improve their performance
Establish and support a selfservice BI environment in a collaborative relationship with other department leads
Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, making them available at all times through automation of dashboards
Present analysis and recommendations to our team using datadriven storytelling and thereby drive improvements in business operations and strategic change
Build and lead the BI team to create actionable business insights, to answer business questions, to develop recommendations and thereby to drive business value
Collaborate closely with our product and engineering team, our creative team and our sales team

Requirements:

You have gained proven experience in data analysis and are highly proficient in using SQL and ETL tools, preferably Snowflake
You have expertise in building dashboards and establishing a datadriven mindset in an organization
You have a good understanding of programming languages for data manipulation (e.g. Python, R etc.) and have a strong understanding of statistics, mathematics
You're a clear communicator and a data storyteller who is able to help our teams interpret the data and gain insights
You would describe yourself as a team player being highly collaborative and able to build crossfunctional relationships
You bring a cando attitude and actively want to shape and develop our data infrastructure further
You enjoy good food and are inspired by it as a topic
You're fluent in English, German is a plus
